Family Focus brought us on board to guide their 2027-2030 strategic planning process alongside PIE ORG. By conducting a robust community needs assessment and facilitating PESTLE risk analyses, we helped the executive leadership, board committee, and management teams shape their strategic focus. It is a joy to celebrate a final strategic plan that is authentically driven by the experiences of the families and staff at the heart of their mission.
